It is a basic template that is used to present a project to this organism if you need to ask for a subvention. Therefore, every entity, individual, non profit organism or private businesses can present, with the help of this example, an interest letter, for a project.

The pattern of the interest letter, once completed, contain all the information required for the project. Therefore, the governmental organism can quickly and easily make synthesis of the projects since they are all made in the same basic form.

Furthermore, it helps the claimants in their demand in order to make sure every information needed by the organism are in place to allow them to take a decision via the interest letter.
