It is with great pleasure that I announce you the nomination of Mister Fred Aster to the manager, modernisation and conception position with the engineering team starting on October 28th 1994.

Being employed at Rambit since 1975, Fred started as a technician. Then, in 1983, he was called supervisor for the planning and modernisation of the enterprise and participated in the development and at the integration of the ISO conception norms. Fred also created the CMM2 project, and for about 3 years now, was occupying the position of modernisation and conception supervisor. No doubts about the knowledge he got through the last years will help him to be successful in his new work district.
